Will never waste my time and money again on this bus very very poor service i bought tickets for 8pm only the bus to come at 3:15 am

The bus was late, the time on the ticket says 02:50pm, the bus arrived at 03:40pm, I phoned the bus company to enquire about the, they told me that a message was sent to all passengers that the bus would be delayed and I didn't get such a message. I arrived at my destination an hour late than the time given on the ticket and the was no apology from the drivers for being late. Thanks.

The bus was very late, and there was not even a message to notify us. The driver stopped at the Windfarm for 15 minutes break for everyone. They went for more than 45min break, went to kfc and dined, both drivers, wr had to be the ones sitting waiting for them

The journey itself was fine but the overall service was very very poor. The bus was more than 5 hours late. I had to call, only after my second call did they send a message to inform us about the bus being late. I had to call a third time, only then did they say there was a delay bacause of a breakdown. I called 3 times and every time it was a different operator with a different story. So yes i was deeply dissapointed to say the least.

1. I was happy when seeing the bus arrived in time. But the driver did want me get inside the bus because I am not in his register and my name was not in the list.. I begged him and ask for office number because I booked online and I have a confirmation email.. But he end up allowing me to get in..
