Bus Tickets from George to East London

Bus was 2 hours late, It only stopped once for a break. The driver was reckless going fast.

Well my experience was good let alone that the bus was late… and the temperature was a bit colts but that I understand it was clear the misted driver window! Thanks

The trip used to have a prayer service and a movie selection and music which I see is no longer available. They have generally been late in their pick up and drop off but I think it is because of the wonderful way they drive in the pursuit of safety over speed! Comfort in the and cleanliness in the Mainlainer is probably better, especially at the start of a trip. I think drivers should tell passengers to be aware of the need to stay on their own seats and not be difficult with boarding passengers who don't know which seat is actually available to sit on... Intercape should have an automatic update on an audiovisual system in the bus saying what is the next stop at each station along the route 🤔 often we are deeply asleep and the drivers forget to announce at each stop ✋️ The drivers are very good, professional and very courteous most times ⏲️ 👏

nothing was enjoyable : the departure time was late by 2 hours; the arrival time was late by 5 hours; the communication from the drivers was unclear at stops as to whether we may have a break or not, of which is an inconvenience for any traveling human being who needs to use the restroom since their coaches don't have one on board; the drivers play whatever music of their liking at any given time even when most passengers are asleep. The trip was horrendous to say the least.

The first time they were 3 hrs late, the second time they called me in my sleep saying they are 30 minutes away from my departure point, that was 11 PM while my bus was scheduled for 1:40 am. Very dissaponting service.

I dint enjoy anythin,they arrive after 4 hours and there is no apology or explanation

Generally ok but punctuality is a problem

Please if time is said to be 00h30 it must be not come at 01h45 because I was accompanied by a person who is going to work in the following morning

I will never travel with this bus again this is my second time and it only got worse i sat at George railway station from 23:30 untill 07:00 waiting for a bus that was supposed to come at 00:30

So much happy but the seats are too close to each other

The bus was clean it did arrived on time at least but I delayed on the road and our arrival was not on time it was an hour late

The bus never arrived.

There was no experience, the bus didn't show up
