The only seat I could find was next to to large adults who left me with half a chair having to sit on the upright adjustment lever for 5 hrs. The bys was full and numerous request were made to put the heater off to no avail. Never again and I won't recommend InterBase to anyone else.
The pick up location is unsafe and the single Intercape employee on site was drunk! Also, the bus was an hour late with absolutely no communication in this regard and then the bus arrived two hours late without having any unforeseen stops. Therefore I believe the schedule is out dated!
I've booked and paid for the Mainliner, but they've pitched with a shuttle that was very uncomfortable with limited space.

The seats are a bit uncomfortable especially for someone who is tall
It was my 1st time making use of their services, I was on time just that I happened to be at wrong bus stop which was BP garage instead of SASOL garage George N2 and I saw the bus leaving, I immediately called their customer service they told me there's nothing they can do I tried rescheduling or moving the ticket to the next bus they said no I have forfeited my ticket so I lost my money just like that. I am sorry but I am very dissatisfied I will never use them again they are very selfish and greedy no customer service and empathy at all!
