Bus was 2 and a half hours late, was waiting in the rain without any communication from APMWC. I am an average man of 1,86cm tall however there was no leg room compared to other buses I’ve been on. There was water leak on the roof meaning other passenger got wet as a result. Drivers were good and polite but that’s the only thing good about the trip

They use Ramalo's old buses and not citi link. The bus is not of good standard, having very hard chairs and mechanically one would feel as if something heavy would just fall off. Not good for a long journey at all

My experience with IlulaBus has been extremely frustrating. What I didn’t enjoy was the complete lack of communication and the fact that despite having paid tickets, we were left stranded. The bus was supposed to arrive at 19:30 on January 3rd, but as of 10:40 it still hasn’t shown up. There was no staff around to help, and no updates were provided, which was especially concerning with kids and elderly passengers on board. The entire situation felt completely disrespectful to passengers’ time and safety.
