I booked a ticket online yesterday 16 April 2024 from Queenstown to Johannesburg and the ticket said Shell Garage Queenstown. The bus was supposed to arrive at 5.45, I waited until I asked a vendor and we were informed that they only park at Sasol and by the time we got there the bus was about to leave. I confronted the driver about the issue and he rudely dismissed my concerns, he was so rude and even swearing at us for asking questions. I am so disappointed I am never using that bus anymore. Customer service is so important guys!!!
There's nothing that I enjoyed. Firstly the bus was of poor standard and the whole journey was terrible as we were not even afforded the time to stop and go to the bathrooms. There was no communication even from the office regarding the bus as it was not what I booked for.
The experience was very disappointing. Eagle liner bus picked me up from the pick up station that was indicated on the ticket 30 minutes before the departure time and we were later on dropped off at the depot for us to ride in a bus that was written “Gauteng coaches”. The bus that we rode in is mainly designed for local transportation hence the seats were not as comfortable, the luggage capacity was not sufficient, some check-in luggages were packed inside the bus making it difficult to get on and off, lastly the driver were not very familiar with the directions we kept on getting lost which made our journey longer than anticipated.
According to 12 reviews, APM WC received a 1.6-star rating for this journey. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the cleanliness, but some complained about the wifi. APM WC ticket prices on this trip start at $14.00

It was the worst this time. Bus booked for 5 pm and never came till 10:18 Kalamazu picked us up. At night we were not safe and cold at Queenstown Station.
Everything about Apm is bad, there’s nothing exciting about your service guys together with your buses that stuck in the middle of the road…….

Nothing I enjoy at all, firstly the bus was very late, after an hour the phoned me busy laughing while we was waiting an whole hour ,secondly the first drive was wreck less driving, busy with his phone while driving for 52 passages, how he was busy with his whatsapp viewing status while driving.
I didn’t enjoy the fact that my ticket said my take off point is shell garage but I had to run after the bus to sasol garage and was told had I not seen the bus passing shell garage I would’ve missed it
Firstly the bus was almost an hour late, then it broke down within an hour of travelling, we were stuck for 2 full hours while they were trying to fix whatever needed to be fixed . It didn’t even last 10 minutes after being fixed😭.
