Bus Tickets from Queenstown to Johannesburg

The bus delayed by an hour, along the way it broke and we had to move to another bus.We arrived in Johannesburg 3 hours later than our scheduled time.

Although I enjoyed the travel but it was delayed and took longer than I expected to reach my destination

No proper communication /redress the problem. We stayed above four hours at nowhere

Time management is the issue; the bus arrived late at the pick-up point, and there was a window that was damaged, and we had to tolerate the coldness the whole trying to cover it with curtains, and a lack of respect from the drivers, driving at high speed unnecessarily.

The service was very successful . The drivers were communicating with the passenger's. The bus arrived in time.

The driver was very arrogant,he was playing music with very high volume. We asked him to decrease the volume but he never listened to any of us,bare in mind 80% of passengers were elderly people

The bus was more than 1hour late, and it didn't stop by any shop only pick people on the way

The bus was too hot drivers refused to adjust the aircon to our satisfaction and toilet had not water or not in a good working order. But the drivers were driving very and i felt safe on the road.

I enjoyed everything about the bus the trip was so amazing ohhh the driver 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Apm is nonsense of a bus. We were suppose to depart at 5 pm, but recieved an sms to inform us about a 3 hours delay. Not only that, the bus did not arrive at 8 but arrived at 12 midnight. No explanation, no redress nothing. The drivers were rude. I will never, ever book APM, ever. Bad experience ever

I did not enjoy any thing because of the poor service i was suppose to leave at 20:00 ended up leaving at23:30 I've missed my Graduation ceremony

It was the worst this time. Bus booked for 5 pm and never came till 10:18 Kalamazu picked us up. At night we were not safe and cold at Queenstown Station.

The bus was late, no communication, it arrived an hour later when it finally arrived we were told that it's faulty we were transferred to cityliner. I am so disappointed with Greyhound

I didn't enjoy anything they just left us in Welkom, we went to the toilet when we came back the Bus is gone

I enjoy my trip the only thing i was not okey with it is the aircorn the was no cool air it was only i hit🔥Which i feel like i was suffocating

My trip was not good at all the wasn't in good condition l didn't enjoy traveling with it at all as I'm not gonna book it again in my life l am so disappointed.

it was horrible. the drivers are very unprofessional and rude. my bus was supposed to leave at 6 but left at 8:40 instead, after hours of fighting because they over booked people meaning there was insufficient space. we had to wait for hours out in the cold at night for another bus to come fetch us.

We were freezing the whole night, it’s cold It was 4 hours late They broke my suitcase and said it’s not their fault it’s normal this happens all the time

The bus never pitched , we're still sitting here at Queenstown station cold with toddlers and babies,no update no communication even now we're still here,I regret it and it's far to go back home

My experience with IlulaBus has been extremely frustrating. What I didn’t enjoy was the complete lack of communication and the fact that despite having paid tickets, we were left stranded. The bus was supposed to arrive at 19:30 on January 3rd, but as of 10:40 it still hasn’t shown up. There was no staff around to help, and no updates were provided, which was especially concerning with kids and elderly passengers on board. The entire situation felt completely disrespectful to passengers’ time and safety.

Enjoyed the driver. He was very pleasant and drove very well. We did not have charging ports and air conditioning. We had to open windings for air as it was unbearably hot. The bus has no safety belts. That is a major red flag as road safety is major issue issue in South Africa. This needs to be sorted out asap.

Best experience ever i would recommend Ramalo to everyone. I was really satisfied and comfortable 😌

The bus provided was not in standard potrai on their web site. Chairs are too small

The whole trip was wonderful with updates before the trip at the waiting room. It was too hot in the bus, I suspect the heater was overused. Embarking onto the bus on the street was a total turn off

The bus was comfortable, driver was road-compliant not wreckers. Got to my destination on time.
