Austin: Staff--friendly, helpful; nice clean waiting area, felt safe; Driver--unfriendly, not helpful before leaving; but good, safe driver on the road; Dallas: Staff, understaffed, pressured; waiting area, too small frequented by too many street people, felt unsafe; driver to Fort Worth, business-like, helpful, safe & good during 5pm rush. FW waiting...clean, accommodating; feeling of safety in daytime, but unsafe after dark. Staff--unfriendly, not helpful, unaccommodating...needs more p.m. security; p.m. desk attendant disappears for long periods too often.
Great Service, Friendly helpful staff.
The bus was suppose to depart from Austin at 2:55pm. We did not depart till a little after 5pm. I had reservations at a restaurant I didn’t make it to. My boyfriend who also drove in from Oklahoma had to wait for me. No one explained why or apologized. When I initially arrive they said the bus was running a little late but would depart by 4. It was frustrating and really made me lose out on a night with my boyfriend who I rarely get to see. We had plans to go to dinner and drinks but instead had to cancel everything and just went to bed because it was too late. I was suppose to arrive at 6:30 instead arrived a little after 9pm. There needs to be more explaination or at least friendly customer service if a bus is running over 1hr late. This is my second time riding the bus and this experience was so off putting that I will never ride one again. If I would have just driven to Fort Worth I would have made it there in three hours but instead had to endure 7 1/2 hrs of just bs. So disappointed.
Kiosks to print tickets don't work. Air conditioner of the bus didn't work ( from the beginning) the inside of the bus was 107 degrees. yet the driver chose to go ahead with the entire journey like that.
Not enough AC. Sweat the entire ride. Went ahead and took the TRE to Ft Worth cause the bus was gonna take forever
Very worst bus, delay 2hrs nobody intimate and no charging boards working in entire bus. I never suggest greyhound bus for travel
One of the worst bus trips I've taken. Bus 4 hours late, jamming extra people on the bus because of other buses being late. Rude drivers not letting people on the bus. Won't be using Greyhound again to travel anywhere.
Quick, courteous, and cheap.
Bus delayed. Attendant clerks in Austin & Dallas have poor customer service
Very helpful staff all the way around. I was pleasantly surprised.
Bus was late, almost made me miss my connecting. Driver got mad at us over intercom if she could hear us over the air conditioner. Verbally abused a passenger for asking what the destination was.
