the bus was mildly late leaving. the driver go to north austin and turned around and went back to the terminal to get directions. thought she was to go west? no explaination. then in waco had to ask directions to get back to freeway. when in fort worth had to ask passengers directions to find terminal. between driver not knowing where to go, the crazy guy ranting nearly all the way and the weather it was a terrible experiece. i will drive next time.
