Driver was excellent ... polite, professional, communicated very well.
difficult location to locate and get to; no food/ restaurants close-by; crowded wait; very late bus; poor boarding directions; no organizational procedures for boarding; crowded bus; got last seats (broken); smooth ride; good price; might or might not take Greyhound again
The lady at the counter in Austin was rude. The bus was 90 mins late and I only just made my flight by a couple of mins. It was stressful. The seat in the bus wasn't even bolted down properly, when the driver first used the brakes the whole seat slid forward. This is very dangerous. The whole trip I had my feet planted down and every time the bus used brakes I had to use force to keep the seat from moving.
It was very nice and enjoying
Nice price nice ride
I had bad experience before but that one was good
Even though the bus was late in Austin and arrived late to San Antonio it was a smooth ride
Great service, comfortable ride, friendly and efficient and very economical.
First bus was 1 hour and 15 min delayed and the return bus was 20 min delayed... Never experienced anything like it and I paid 40$ for that... Both bus stops were filled with junkies and drunk people, it was dirty, first bus was so old and dirty(+ didn’t have outlets nor WiFi even though my ticket said it would..)
The Austin bus was 45-minutes late.
Hi, I missed my bus by 5 mins. I am disappointed that the bus couldn't wait. I understand it's a time schedule but there are always usually a late person and the driver should wait at least 5 mins.
It was a nice ride
Lovely trip their service was great
I am a new rider, I don't usually travel via Bus but thought I would give it a try. I planned a 90 minute buffer in case the bus ran a little late but unfortunately the bus was almost an hour late. I missed the start of my meeting in San Antonio. I also felt that given that the bus was "new" it was not clean. I sat in the front row on the 2nd floor and the surface of the bus where the hand rails are was dirty and with dried liquid like from drinks.
No wifi or outlets
