The restroom in San Antonio needs addressing. I was unable to wash my hands. I don't think that is safe with the covid 19 virus going around.

Late buses, confused and unhelpful staff, no indication (screens or something) of the current arrivals/departures, and the bus was filthy. The only upside was the relatively low rate.
