No one helped with cases no one given us any ID number to secure the hold luggages seat was loose an dilapidated wc was dirty and dark no seat allocation!
The driver was recklessly driving gears the steering wheel causing the bus to rock from side to side and hitting on the brakes constantly causing us to raise forward he tried to run over the park cars in Houston when he doesn’t have a designated parking spot. His attitude was ugly bus 7650
I didn’t realize that Greyhound does not provide handicap seating. The bus operator would not allow me to sit in the seats designated handicap. Instead, he directed me to the back. Instead, he hung his jacket in the handicap seating area.
I think Greyhound has preserved the integrity of American transportation. I am 44 years old and first road on a Greyhound as a toddler. I have always made it to my destinations as long as there is a Greyhound station, bus and a Greyhound driver!
I commend the driver for excellent driving skills. There was an accident starting out of San Antonio which put us 1hr. behind schedule. The driver made up most of the time which put us in Houston 15 min late which was acceptable and understandable.
Turimex staff lied to me stating the bus was going to be 30 minutes late and I almost missed the bus because I was sitting in the car and before the bus was loaded I walked into the station and the driver told me to hurry or I may miss my bus.
This time everything went fine my trip last summer was horrible Customer Service was very bad and every time I asked for a supervisor I was either disconnected or put on hold for a long time or etc nothing was ever resolved
After buying a ticket for 3:20pm the bus's actual departure time was 6pm and I was denied a $37 reimbursement ! U will think at that price from San Antonio to Houston,u would get a premium service! I wish I could unstar this agency. Worst station ever !!
The time on bus to go is exactly time... But system did cancel my first bus and let me wait about 3 hours 45 mins... is too bad. I did not have any information about this change
Greyhound bus was 2hrs late due to a delay which is nothing new for this company. Took this bus service as a last result option and it failed me miserably. Very unprofessional company
Like I said this was a last resort option.
The bus left San Antonio at 0800am for an arrival in Houston at 11:30am and arrived at 04:00pm making me late for my destination at the airport. I’m now currently sat in the airport because I can’t catch my flight and I’m missing my connecting flight.
The looks were down, by the time I got my ticket, the bus left. Even tho It was 15 min. Till departure. They said it is was full so it left. I bought my ticket on the 7th. So I got bumped to a later bus that took an hour longer to get to Houston and ruined my day.
I was sleepy mosly of the way but the only constant talking was remedied by placing my ears plugs. The traveler next to me ended up helping me in chanching my pick up location for uber. The wifi connection helped a bunch.
Thanks!
Im going to used the service this weekend no doubt!
Mr. Robert our driver very professional!
