Bus was 30 minutes beyond departure time arriving at departure point. Tracking did not inform. Had to wait in heat at bus stop. Would suggest better pickup arrangements.

Turimex staff lied to me stating the bus was going to be 30 minutes late and I almost missed the bus because I was sitting in the car and before the bus was loaded I walked into the station and the driver told me to hurry or I may miss my bus.
After buying a ticket for 3:20pm the bus's actual departure time was 6pm and I was denied a $37 reimbursement ! U will think at that price from San Antonio to Houston,u would get a premium service! I wish I could unstar this agency. Worst station ever !!
