The bus was very dirty. Nothing was implemented by the staff as far as Hygiene measures. Barely no one on the bus was wearing a mask. The girl sitting on the seats across from me kept coughing on me and the guy that was sitting next to me. I also kept getting harassed by the guy sitting behind me. He kept insisting on me having his phone charged for him. He kept making loud phone calls with excessive foul language and listening to videos in high volume.
Bus I'd booked running very late, though was transferred to another only slightly later one by helpful staff. Very hard to make out announcements re rest break etc.
Two Turimex trips this week. 1st trip I booked On Del Norte site because I wanted to ride Del Norte. I got a Turimex bus. These buses are TOO OLD. Seats broken. AC not working. Will not use again until evidence of changes.
Wasent On time no one Speak English Thr bus was disgusting dirty I felt Vary germs ware all over I guess u get what u pay for Late bus dirty An a trip that was so post to be 3-hours was 5? Ugh never Again pay more for a different bus
Bus got delayed over 5 hours and had to purchase a rental car to get to Dallas for over $100. Will never use busbud or Turimex again until I get refunded. Will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away also.
We orded tixets for 10.50 and were told to show up 40 minutes before leaving. When we get there, we get told that the bus would not arrive before 1.30. We had to cancel our plans. We would like a refund for our tickets.
Got to the station 40 minutes earlier then the bus was and they told me the bus left several hours ago very disappointed I will never travel with this bus company again and they would not refund my money
Bus was supposed to depart from austin at 2:20 and arrive in dallas at 5:30.
Bus did not depart from austin till 4pm and arrived in dallas at 9:15 pm .
Missed my flight out of dallas because of this .
Inexcusable. Had to buy a new flight and hotel because bus was an hour and a half late.
A very failed company was the date of the trip 2:30 AM and the bus got busy at the bus station to 4:00 AM and did not arrive I was forced to take a plane to my destination failed
The bus was late. The boarding was disorganized.
The driver was not sure of his journey requirements. I booked a direct route from Austin to Dallas. He was telling everyone on board it was a 2 stop? We went of track and dropped one passenger into a residential area. We arrived 1 hour late and it caused me a delay in getting to my flight. Fortunately the flight was delayed so I made it.
Will never use grey hound again
Horrible trip. The bus door was broken and when it rained, for over half the trip, I was wet. The ac was broken and it was miserably hot for most of the trip. I will never take the Greyhound bus again.
Will never use them or this service site again. I found everything extremely unhelpful. No one spoke English at the bus company, and no one would help me from Bus Bud and just kept referring me back to Turimax. I ended up just buying a whole new ticket with Megabus because I was so frustrated.
The bus was 4 hours late. The woman working at the ticketing office could not care less or give any useful information. I will not be using this bus line ever again.
Unfortunately for 2nd time my Greyhound experience is been horrified!!mainly A delay of 2 hours has been announced just 3 minutes before departure!!!but Bus was NOT even on the way to arrive.
Unfortunately NONE of the today's schedules buses were ON time f.e among 3 buses. One my ticket was bought for had left at least 15 min earlier than scheduled time. The next one was totally NOT on schedule and 3rd one had a departed with at least one and a half hour delay
