I just love riding with Peter Pan always on time
Good on time service
Very poor organization but a pleasant drive. Bus was late which is fine but there was no sign or posting of it anywhere. Had to just wait and hope.
Seren environment, polite and efficient staff
Late for more than 30 minutes. No apology! No explanation!
I think the staff are safety conscious. I'm quite impressed.
Scenic route to Wilmington DE before Philadelphia
Bolt is a very nice and clean bus ride, can't wait to ride again
Alternate arrangement shall be made. There must be penalties for delay above one hour.
I will not be using greyhound again
Great job getting us there as fast as possible
No bus at 9am...but at 11am and no apologize. The staff was very discourteous
Bus was two hours late.the tile on the ceiling was in poor condition and completely missing in a large section of the middle. This was a terrible experience and I will never ride groeyjound again.
Gets the job done. Nothing special. Bus was pretty dirty
was late 1h
My route has been cancelled/rescheduled 3 times. Waiting for it now for six hours
They lost my bags gave me a number that send me to voice mail lost important things
Quick. Timely. Affordable. Clean. It's all I ask for in a Greyhound trip. Met all those expectations.
Need to repair seats
Everything was great.
The bus was 2 hours late leaving. No announcements to explain why or give updates. When it finally did arrive, another bus to the same city was allowed to board and leave before us, even though we were 2 hours late. How does that make sense??
Bus was late and the bus was not clean
I hadn't ridden the bus in years and was surprised at all of the improvements! The station was clean, secure, and inviting with a very welcoming and courteous staff. The bus was early to arrive and on-time to depart. We even arrived at the final destination early. I was happy!
Bus over 2 hours late- passengers not informed. No wifi on bus ( even though advertised as being available) or in bus station.
it was all good, except there was a passenger with a baby, and the baby had to be changed her diapers, which caused quite a smell for a while. However bus service was good.
The toilet door locks needs to be fixed,it was always swinging open and close all though the journey.
Bus was late
The bus boarded on time and was then delayed by 2 hrs without explanation and without being able to leave the bus
Very very unimpressed and angry about the delayed time of the bus and the fact nobody would tell us what was happening, we just had to wait and see.
