Very poor organization but a pleasant drive. Bus was late which is fine but there was no sign or posting of it anywhere. Had to just wait and hope.

Bolt is a very nice and clean bus ride, can't wait to ride again
Alternate arrangement shall be made. There must be penalties for delay above one hour.

October 27, 2017The bus was 2 hours late leaving. No announcements to explain why or give updates. When it finally did arrive, another bus to the same city was allowed to board and leave before us, even though we were 2 hours late. How does that make sense??

October 6, 2017I hadn't ridden the bus in years and was surprised at all of the improvements! The station was clean, secure, and inviting with a very welcoming and courteous staff. The bus was early to arrive and on-time to depart. We even arrived at the final destination early. I was happy!

September 7, 2017it was all good, except there was a passenger with a baby, and the baby had to be changed her diapers, which caused quite a smell for a while. However bus service was good.
The toilet door locks needs to be fixed,it was always swinging open and close all though the journey.
