Great trip and we arrived safely. I believe we actually arrived early.
Everything is good
It was a good experience
The box was originally like 15 minutes late. Then it was vibrating and shaking the whole trip which my stomach and head hurt.
The bus didn’t show up and the staff in Baltimore was rude.
This was my first trip on Greyhound. Everything was going very well until an accident shut down 95. The driver was excellent. She found another route that was longer but kept us moving.
Greyhound left us on bus for 7 hours at a rest bc greyhound frive couldnt drive anymore hours. Bus left at 12:30 non and we didnt arrive in Atlantic city until 8:00 pm. I miss thanksgiving day due to Greyhounds error. We had to wait at a rest stop for 6 hors until another driver showed up. This is unacceptable and i will be contacting corporate. I would like a free trip home from ATC and more.
Bus 6577 outlets did not work and the bus was almost 3 hours late. But the bus driver was nice
People working counter could care less if u have a problem they say call customer service
The buses was late due to shortage. Bus mechanically was not operating properly. Waited 45 minutes at Philadelphia terminal to fix bus. First time riding the bus alone and experience was horrible.
They didn’t have no drivers so they canceled my trip for two whole days,.
Tje bus driver was great.
Worst experience ever
The bus driver was very patient and friendly he actually came in the terminal to get us on the bus from BALTIMORE I will definitely use greyhound in the future
This particular bus was very uncomfortable. I was in the handicap seat behind the driver because no one would take that seat. It was very vey tight. My knees were pressing against the wall behind the driver that divides him and the seat behind him. Not all buses are like that however. But it was a very uncomfortable 3 hour ride. The driver on this bus was very friendly and courteous. A change from the usual ignorant and unfriendly drivers and staff.
The bus was fine going to A. City. on the way back there was no one to help with the suitcases and everybody was all over the place. No origination when I returned. Very poor bus service.
We waited for almost three hours for the bus to arrive
Bus could have smelled better
