My bus From Baltimore to Boston ()10 am) was cancelled, I didn’t receive any notification. My day was really hard. I was supposed to arrive in Boston at 6:30pm and I end up arriving at 9:30pm, very tired! WiFi didn’t work!
It is best service and ontime. Seats are comfortable for 9 hour ride.
On the whole the service was good. The drivers were real professionals and made sure we got to our destination on time in spite of the bad weather on our way to New York.
It was good but the driver up to Philadelphia was harsh
Quality bus experience
Time respected, neat bus, good driving.
I lost my trip because of misguiding the staff and secutity
Great and professional services.
Bus had a flat tire when going from Baltimore to newyork. Another bus came to pick all of us after 3 hrs wait. Because of that I miss bus from newyork to Boston. I was suppose to be on Boston by 9:30. I reach home around 12:30 am. I won’t be talking Peter Pan in near future.
Too cold in the bus
A little hot inside and also late
Really very bad, A.C. , power point plug, just waste of time and money.
Really terrific service. Clean, fast and no problems. Great price too
I look up and the bus DRIVER was walking down the bus isle, and went into the bathroom. We were in the middle of a three lane road going into NYC in light traffic! Cars were honking and passing the bus as we just sat there while our driver was in the restroom. No apologies when she came out either, she just said "When you're big you can do what you want." I had a chance of catching my transfer bus before this moment, as we were running late due to storm delays, but missed it due to this careless and dangerous act. Just thankful no one hit the bus.
The whole experience was great.
I booked my ticket in November, and when I showed up at Port Authority on 1/22, they told me the schedule had changed, and I could either be standby at 3:15 or have a ticket for 4pm. How could they just eliminate my reservation and not ever contact me? I waited for a really long time to board a 4:00 bus, we didn't board until 5pm.
