They are great!
Very comfortable, best for the value. On time, very clean. Very kind and helpful drivers. If there was 6th star I would have given them. Well done.
Unfriendly bus staff. Wifi did not work. Bus was late to airport.
Everything was excellent. One small point though, the bus was the Swansea bus, there was no clear way of knowing it was going to Heathrow. We asked the driver of another bus as we had been waiting half an hour and wondered when it would come.
The time of departure was well over 40 minutes delayed, which was not impressed at all!
Punctual, friendly, comfortable... just about as much as you can ask for from long distance bus journeys. Thank you!
Left on time, arrived on time and a good journey in between. Driver was very pleasant and helpful
Great service and friendly staff.
The first bus left on time and was comfortable and quick, so we arrived at Gatwick early. It was not clear that we had to change buses - we had to ask. We were then told that the next bus had no oil, so we had to wait until a decision was made and then suddenly told to hurry onto the bus to Heathrow. Once at Heathrow Terminal 1it was a shambles - we were not told whether to stay on the bus or to get off. When we asked the driver he grunted impatiently. Then when we arrived at Terminal 2 (our destination) it wasn't clear where we were and the driver made no attempt to tell us and just dumped all the baggage on the wet ground. There was no apology for late arrival and no communication generally.
