Clean, modern coach. Great driver.
It's a good journey.i would recommend it to my friends
Friendly driver, smooth uneventful trip, perfectly on time both ends. Wi-fi didn’t work, but not a big issue. Thoroughly satisfied.
Very comfortable and ride. Power socket didn’t work.
Although we arrived on time, I think National Express are pushing their drivers to an unrealistic timetable, our driver was constantly tale-gating cars and weaving between lanes.
Nothing special, but very good!
Good reliable service at a great price.
Ace, have recommended your service to friends
Considering the huge volume of traffic on UK roads, I think National Express provide a very good and reliable service. My only complaint is how complicated it is to ever get a loyal customer discount. Either offer loyalty discounts and make the system simple to use with no catches, or just don’t bother !
Smooth trip, courteous driver, no worries about catching the plane!
Two members of staff talk all the time - it is not safe for driving
Excellent and friendly service
Staff always very helpful and friendly
great, cheap service!
We arrived for our 18:30 bus at 18:25 and the bus wasn’t there we looked on the board and it said 18:35 but to Heathrow bay 5 so we go to bay 5 and wait in line but that bus was going to Swansea, the kind driver of this bus looked on his phone to see where ours was, this was at 18:40 and he said the bus was already on the m4. This bus must of left early because there is no way that at Bristol rush hour the bus would have made it from Bristol bus station all the way to the m4 in 10 minutes. £34 wasted and £52 hotel stay that we couldn’t make due to the national express. I will be very wary to use the national express in future, and hope something gets done ASAP about our shocking experience.
Excellent service.I will definitely use them again
Comfortable seats, could do with a bit more leg room. Some of the plugs didn’t appear to work at charging our phones
No air conditioning, super hot
All ran smoothly
Easy good journey
Wi fi never works , buses dirty , and always late
Driver was sooo helpful and the trip was smooth and on time.
Late change of gate caused me a little confusion
There were kids (3-6 yrs old) being loud on the bus and the parents were not telling them to be quiet. It was annoying but not the driver or the companies fault. 5 Star trip
