Very nice sweets on board, good WiFi connection
For non Brazilians, the bus terminal was very confusing and difficult to find the correct bus
Got free blanket and pillows waiting on our seat. We then also got a free meal and drink in the evening and then a free snack and drink in the morning which was a great surprise.

The service was fantastic. Didn't enjoy the delay of 90 minutes. Would have appreciated a vegetarian dinner option. No USB chargers were available right at the seat, only in the hand luggage compartment above, which is slightly less convenient. The seats were comfortable but not amazing.
It was by far the most professional bus company we used throughout our month in South America. Cleanest bus, best snacks. The staff was friendly, too.
The seats were a little small for a "sleeper" bus. The bus left on time but was 3 hours late in the arrival.
