Bus was very late leaving the station, I think overall we were about 2 hours behind schedule. Comfy enough once we got going though

The bus itself was loverly and the staff were really nice however the bus arrived an hour late which in the grand scheme of things that’s not bad. However, once we got on the bus we just sat on the bus at the terminal for 2 hours and then another hour was spent sorting the toilet. All in all we ended up arriving to our destination just under 6 hours behind schedule.

There was 3 people sat on 2 chairs because the bus was TOO FULL so I was sat next to a mother and her 8year old boy for 10 hours! It was so uncomfortable
