Bolivariano Armenia Bogotá recent customer reviews
While the seats were comfortable and roomy, the air conditioning was uncomfortably cold and the condensation from the air conditioner leaked heavily on passengers. We had to move seats several times to avoid getting soaked.
Very confusing when we got to bus terminal we saw the Bogota bus driver said it wasn't this one we went to ask people who said it was the bus. 4 hours delay 2 hours due to crash at start. Driver dropping people off all over Bogota which meant more delays. Overall bad experience
Our bus broke down, we just had to wait and no one informed us about what happend and what the plan was. Then we had to wait for 2,5 hour for a new bus on the side of the road. After that we drove half an hour in the new bus and then the bus took an hour break…. In total the trip took 4(!!) hours longer than planned. The service in all this was really bad.
