There were two drivers on the route from Cali to Pitalito. The bus stopped for 20 minutes in Poyopan to unload and pick up new passengers. The drivers try to load up the bus to full before leaving Cali. On the route out of Cali the bus stopped multiple times to try to pick up extra passengers. In the city the drivers are overly aggressive with the stop and go of the vehicle and that was uncomfortable. Drivers have to remember they are carrying passengers and on long routes we passengers are looking for comfort. Once arriving at the terminal in Poyopan we had time to use the bathroom. Upon departure of Poyopan drivers hand out plastic bags for those who need as the route up into the mountains has a lot of twists and turns. About 40km of the route is unpaved so be prepared for a bumpy ride. The segment between Poyopan and Pitalito Is also very cold so bring a sweater or jacket to put on as the bus drives up into the mountains. The bus had an exhaust problem and the company should look into better maintenance for the health of their passengers.
