Terrible, first time in Cancun so asked the ADO kiosk man if I was in the right place and he said I was. Time comes for me to board the bus and the ticket doesn't scan. They then tell me I'm in the wrong terminal and if I want to board the bus I have to pay again. I said that I had asked him if we were in the right area and he said we were but he decided to forget English and say he never said that in Spanish. Of course the taxi mafia saw all of this and I was coerced into paying 70 dollars for a taxi to the hotel zone, and the taxi man then informed me that a tip was compulsory on top of that at the end so out of pocket 85 dollars straight off the bat due to scamming ADO staff.

I placed my backpack above my head on the bag holding ledge and it was stolen less than a foot away from me. It had my laptop and camera among other things. The security at the Ado centro terminal said this happens everyday. Why not TELL POEPLE NOT TO USE THE ABOVE HEAD SHELF???

ADO services are good but they need to start appointing employees who also understand and speak in English as well.People from all over the world come to travel and English is a global language.Only speaking in spanish is a huge communication problem for customers.
