I had difficulty finding what gate to use at Terminal Sur, no signs I could see. Easier at the one on Carmen S. Road where the ADO has its own area and an information booth.

The bus was very late which I understood happens. The real issue tho is that the ticket is in English and not Spanish so ppl have a real hard time guiding me to the right bus.

Bus was an hour and a half late. Didn’t have a bathroom. Bus driver wouldn’t stop. Stuck in tons of traffic. Was supposed to leave at 10:10 and get there at 12:45. Bus left at 11:40 and we arrived at 3:15. Wasted our entire day traveling. Will not us AU ever again! Use ADO instead.
