It was ok.
Good service but no good restaurants
I went to customer service because my checked bag was missing. First they told to check with the baggage guys , I did that, they said they couldnt find it, well of course you didnt because I came in a few minutes ago on the bus from Chicago it shouldn't be in your lost and found when I just got here (NYC). Went back upstairs told the woman in the customer service office, baggage guys couldn't find it. Waiting for a response, nothing, so I just asked her for a number to reach Chicago station where I boarded and Cleveland station where I reboarded, she gave me the and still no response. Now I am a Hospitality Professional, and we always go above and beyond for our guest, basic customer service. If something has gone wrong, wether it's your fault or not you go out of your way to find a solution to the problem. Now in this case greyhound misplaced my bag, hopefully that's the case, this woman didn't call the stations, didnt ask for details like if I reboarded at some point, nor did she inform me that I would have to fill out a claim form for lost luggage. She didnt give me any information about how to retrieve my luggage. According to Chicago station if my luggage was left there and it has a destination tag it will be sent to the destination withon 72 hrs., and the claim form says 14 days before I here about my bag.
The bus was 1 hour late and when We arrive to Cleveland we had to wait 7 hours. I arrived to New York too late and in some places is dangerous walk with the suitcases at night. And the major part of the staff is so rude.
I would put no stars if i could. Trip supposed to last 20 hours; at the end it's 34 hours. This company is not reliable and the staff really not helpfull. Second time, I do a trip with, second time desappointed. It's cheap to travel but you have for your money because it's not reliable!
Bad wifi, one bus had almost no air, delays.
This was the worst bus trip I have ever taken. Since the beginning we had a 2-hour delay then the driver confessed he didn’t know where he was going as it was his first time driving that route, literally we were running in circles. After that we arrived in Cleveland but we had to wait more than 4 hours given that the bus had a mechanical failure. Terribly bad, at the time im writing this review, we are still on the bus, we have 3 hours and half left to get to New York. This is the last time I travel with greyhound.
Everything was so perfect, the staff, the drivers and the busses.
Trip was good. Wireless worked as promised. Driver and staff in terminal did OK but not warm. Just doing their job.
I had difficulties getting my ticket in Chicago: the reference number and my ID document we're not enough for your employees. I had to show the E-mail message on my smartphone.
The staff put me on the wrong bus. Got here extremely late
