I was forced to sleep on cold metal hairs at the station! bus was supposed to leave at 10.05. it was moved to 10.50 and eventually cancelled at 11.45 pm. I had no option but to sleep at the station. no apology no explanation. just an announcement that the trip has been cancelled. in the morning , I was told the next available bus at 7am was full. I was to wait for the 8.30 bus to Detriot which is longer with more transits. this is my worst trip.
Further tout a wrong information given by the driver, the bus (number 0139) left without us, the petrol station (TA#116, Michigan) where it had stopped. Despite the fact that there were only 6 passengers, the drivers did not check the number of passengers in the bus when he left the station.
As us, people in the petrol station were extremely chocked by the behaviour of the driver.
Because of that WE had tout take a taxi until to Benton Harbour (30 $) ans then a bus tout Kalamazoo plus a bus tout Détroit (120$) where WE arrived at 1am instead of 5:20pm. Here, one luggage let on our original bus was missing (value 280$).
I was very disappointed in taking this bus system. It was my first time taking this I will never take the greyhound again. Mega Bus is the way to go. It took me and my friend 9 hours to get home on Sunday July 9,2017 from Chicago to Detroit. They overbooked the seats and we had to wait in Toledo for 2 hours for a different bus because they didn't have room. I plan on calling customer service today to complain because it was the worse experience.
Cordialement.
