Workers at the Greyhound station of Chicago and St. Louis were very helpful. Not the friendliest, but helpful indeed. The bus itself was over 2hrs late with no explanation and we were not told how long of a delay it would be upon initial announcement.

Our bus was supposed to leave Chicago at 1:30 in the morning, we did not leave until 5:30. It was very late and a huge inconvenience. The station was also very dirty, so there was not clean places to sit and wait.

The trip was the fastest available option. The train was very clean. I like how they announced for people to respect others and keep noise down by using headphones etc. I believe there was Wi-Fi available, I didn’t need though.
It was a great Amtrak experience I had compared to my past Amtrak travels, I remember from more than 2-3 years back. The food was also better than I remembered.
