Little or no regards to customers. Our bus scheduled for Indianapolis was canceled without information and no explanations were given. They Reissued a ticket for another carrier (Trailway) departing in the next 19 hours. I was stranded for 19 hours at Chicago downtown. Greyhound caredless.

The ticket was pick up at counter at 95th/Dan Ryan but the office was closed, there was note only printed tickets would allow travel on the bus, we did not even get the E Ticket on the mail. How are we to know the office would be closed and when we called customer service the girl said she cannot do anything and hung up. It was horrible and very stressful experience
