My experience with FlisBus was impressive and wonderful, I really enjoyed my ride.
The bus never came to my stop. I waited in the cold an hour before and two hours after the scheduled time. Customer service could not locate the bus and had no information to give other than wait for 2 hours and we can reschedule for the next day. We ended up renting a car with the bus travelers together
