I ordered my ticket online I was not near home I was away visiting family I arrived with more than enough time to make my bus. But I was in line to get my ticket for nearly 2 hours an my bus came an went I had 20 dollars on me an had to give that to my grandpa to come pick me up because I missed my bus an u didn't have anymore seats on the next one. so I had to take the bus the next day an that bus was over an hour late. I take the bus quite often an there always seems to be a problem whenever I'm leaving the Cincinnati bus station. But the Trotwood 1 never gives me any problems. It's very aggravating. It would just be easier to find another way home.
Arrived to try and catch my bus and was informed it was running at least 2 to 3 hours late which didn't work for my time schedule of the bus I had to catch in Dayton so I ended up having to find another way to dayton and eating the cost of the tickets I bought
Had to have a friend drive 2 hours to pick me up because the bus was 2.5 hours late.
Bus was cancelled from Cincinnati to Dayton Friday 16 th March. We had a 4 hr wait for another service. Staff have lost my checked in baggage. It never arrived with me at Dayton. I have all my prescription asthma medication and $2000 CPAP machine inside. I am stranded without clothing and medication and breathing apparatus. The baggage staff at Cincinnati were far too casual and unprofessional in mine and other passengers opinion. There were several people in line who made that statement. I'm told that I have to wait 72 hrs before lodging an official claim. I will not be here in 72 hrs! I am from Australia and without medication or Breathing apparatus the remainder of my trip is now compromised. I will have to find somewhere to buy more personal hygiene and clothing. This is very upsetting, inconvenient and will cost me a lot of money. My baggage number is FP492661 Conf # 68504214
My bus was an hour late, but the bus driver was great!
