We bought a ticket on the internet to the night bus that leaves at 22:00. But when we got to the bus station we were told that that bus had been cancelled!!! And that we should wait for the 23:45 bus!
There was no notice of the change in hours to my e-mail!
In the end the bus arrived after midnight!!! Only at 00:45 we set out on the 10 hour trip to Mexico city...
In addition, we only found out about the change because we got to the station an hour earlier, at 21:00. If we had arrived at 21:45, as was advised in the ticket, we would have been left clueless since the Futura stand was closed at 21:30 and there was no one to talk to.
The toilet on the bus was very dirty to begin with, and towards the end of the 10 hour journey it was absolutely disgusting.
