The bus left on time. Was over 30 minutes delayed, due to weather and traffic. No interaction from the driver, but he drove safely and confidently. The wi-fi never worked.

Area for improvement: create a place where people can wait inside and out of the cold weather. I had to wait outside of the gas station in the cold. The bus tracking app could be more user friendly as well. Was difficult to figure out how to track what time the bus was due to arrive. Also free wifi was advertised but the password to connect was not provided. Strengths: The bus driver, a female was excellent. She drove safely in the weather conditions.

Weather was very bad, but driver did very good job. Kept distance, and adjusted speed to conditions. One thing I want to report. Vehicles should be inspected often. Wiper blades are part of vehicle safety and should be replaced regualrly. Driver side blade was in very poor condition. Bus stopped 4 times to try and clean it. Also, they did not have windshield scraper inside.. Had to improvise. Not profesional
