I loved the comfortable and wide seats, but there was no air ventilation and it had a 30 min delay because it left Cusco 30 min layer than planned

The bus needed new springs and shocks in the back. The lights above the seats didn’t work and the air was intermittent. But the seats were comfortable. The driver was good and the attendant was very attentive.

Everything was fine until the heater was turned on at maximum heat. Everyone was sleeping perfectly before that and we all woke up and struggled to get back to sleep because it was 30 degrees inside the cabin. Please, never turn on the heater or tune it down, I had to block the vent with my vest to manage to get some sleep again. All companies do that, I do t understand it, it literally kills the trip every time.

The bus was freezing cold during the night and we arrived to Puno with almost 2 hours delay
Punctuality was good. We were burning with the heather in front of the bus. Fortunately, the bus had empty chairs on the back and we were able to switch. Nobody was around to help us.
