I got on the bus from Atlanta at 8:30 reached Orlando at 4:45 the next bus was supposed to arrive at 6:00am no one told us that our bus was going to be late when I addressed what was the hold up they said the driver would be 30 minutes late me and my daughter didn’t get the bus until 9:15 very disappointed had to be somewhere at a certain time I would like to be reimbursed for my fare and my daughters fare bus 3763 I purchase my daughter ticket as well Ciera Poitier
I was very upset with greyhound staff. I missed my trip because of the lack of care and the unprofessionalism displayed by the staff. I was forced to wait in line and by the time I was near the front desk lady , my bus was being called and to top things off a few of the employees made me feel uncomfortable with a comment that they said.
I was change for another bus, on 12:30, and just arrival in Miami 5:30 missing my fly
We waited for 6 hours in Orlando. It was not funny
Terrible service. Bus was very late and make it worse it broke down. I have to call and über to get to my destination after waiting hours for new bus which came. First and last time riding with greyhound.
Bus timeline is very accurate, rides are roughly OK, I've seen better busses in poor countries. USA should offer better interstate busses services.
Wifi not working Uneducated and obnoxious people ( someone had to get evicted in Jacksonville) Rude second driver on the second half
Second part of trip, new driver with a nasty attitude and not informed of re boarding number/passengers...was very rude to me and 5/6 other passengers with reboarding pass.
