Jefferson Lines Duluth Saint Paul recent customer reviews
Everything went according to plan -- fast, easy, economical. Only issue is maybe too fast -- seemed to be passing a lot of vehicles, lots of left lane. But barely made it on time. Schedule should be loosened a bit, slow down a bit. No need for stop-watch speed. Safety is #1.

Very dissatisfied as the bus left UM-Duluth (Kirby) 10 minutes early (it left 5:35 even though the printed tickets stated 5:45). People on the bus kept telling driver (Sophia) that the bus was supposed to leave at 5:45 and that it was printed 5:45 on ticket and she said NO and refused to wait, even when a passenger asked her to wait for a rider on the way. Sophia stranded 4 riders who were all there before the 5:45 departure time. One of the riders stranded had a a friend on the bus and this friend was the one that asked her to wait as it was supposed to leave at 5:45 and the girl was on the way and driver refused to wait and left 10 minutes early! Don't they check rosters, especially when a rider informed her that another passenger was on the way? I can see why she would not wait if it was past 5:45, but I feel she had no right to leave 10 minutes early.
