Greyhound Fort Myers Orlando recent customer reviews
This was the worst experience ever. They didn’t tell us anything about our bus being late. When we asked, they said 40 minutes late. That 40 minutes goes by, they say they don’t know. Turns out, the bus isn’t leaving at all. A wasted day of vacation. I will never take this again
The bus was not clean, the electrical outlets did not work so that devices could not be charged, the restroom was intolerable with regards to waste and odor
Our drivers were extremely professional even in the face of an unruly passenger. Huge rush hour traffic delays and he still managed to be on time.
Based on 3652 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the seats and the ticket access but often complained with the wifi.
