The driver from Boston to New York at 6pm on Friday was the best driver i've ever rode with. He was so personable and fun and everyone enjoyed him talking to us. He definitly made this trip so enjoyable!
The condition of the buses was poor but everything else was great and convenient it left on time it arrives on time it was very easy with the tickets digitally I was concerned about that but the bus was in poor shape I was waiting to have a breakdown
the bus was clean, the bus driver's were excellent 👌, my only concerns was why NO 🙊 sanitizer on the bus? Also the bus was over crowded with people, next time I travel I will make a live video, and also most people had no mask.follow protocol social distancing please.
we requested a travel voucher for this trip days ago and have not gotten any sort of response. We did not take this trip. please send some sort of acknowledgment that we did not lose our money and can rebook this trip in the future.
The bus left us waiting in the cold for an hour and 10 minutes with very few updates. Got to New York over 2 hours late. Terrible company with garbage customer service and I will never take them again.
I couldn't find the bus. I was at the stop. The people at Sheraton did not know where the stop was. I was incorrectly sent to a train station. Please include better instructions. Suggest Sheraton staff have training about the bus stop.
Overall, the experience was not so bad. However, the person staffing the Riverside bus stop was unacceptably rude and disrespectful and the hours posted on the Riverside bus stop door were not the actual hours the bus stop was open. "I did not write the hours on the door" - the rude GoBuses staff member explained.
