- No Wifi on bus, bathroom not useable because terrible dirty, + Bus left and arrived in time
The trip was in time and even faster than expected but bus was not clean, especially the bus seats were very dirty.
I wanted to change my booking but I had no internet. So I went to the station and ask the Flix Bus team to change my time but they wanted to charge me 50$. I was 1.5hrs before departure at the station. I showed them that I could change the time for free but internet wasn’t available there. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend FlixBus to my friends anymore.
Customers have expressed mixed opinions about their experiences with Greyhound. Some praised the comfort of the journey and appreciated the professionalism of the drivers. However, there were also complaints about delays, bus breakdowns, uncomfortable seats without charging outlets, and poor customer service. It is important to note that some customers reported being cheated when Greyhound switched to a different operator.

I enjoyed the seat confort, but the driver was very unfriendly..I will ask him questions about the trip as it was my first time to take the bus from Boston to NY and he would barely reply
Greyhound was prompt in leaving on time. The weather was bad with a snow storm affecting roads to the west of Boston, so speed on the early part of the journey was below average. However, I appreciate that due to safety. The Boston South Station bust terminal has NO CONCESSIONS open at the time of this departure (0630hrs) so buy food the night before and or pick up coffee on your way to the station.
The journey was comfortable, began on time and reached on time. Driving was very safe. There could be more leg room between seats. It felt a little cramped.
According to customer reviews, the bus service has received mixed feedback. Some customers have complained about the bumpy ride and uncomfortable headrests, while others appreciate the punctuality of the buses. There were also mentions of issues with bathroom doors not shutting properly. Overall, opinions are divided regarding the quality of service provided by this bus company.

It was horrible. We were over an hour and a half late, leading to me missing my flight! The driver had no idea of how to navigate any of the other forms of transportation near where she dropped us.
Great bus service compared to other companies, without naming them! Clean and modern buses, functional wifi and clean washrooms. Drivers are very friendly and patient. Highly recommend.
Everything was perfect, just that the wifi was not working, and it was a little bit chilly.
According to 49 reviews, CoachRun received a 3.2-star rating for this journey. Travelers were especially satisfied with the seats and the departure location, but some complained about the wifi. CoachRun ticket prices on this trip start at $15.00

After we risk an accident on the highway, once entered in New york we crashed with a car and we had to continue to the final destination with a taxy. The driver told us we were waiting the police but was not able to provide info about how long the wait would have been.
CoachRun is very Kool Smooth ride Stopped to get something to eat,use the bathroom It was clean
The bus left us waiting in the cold for an hour and 10 minutes with very few updates. Got to New York over 2 hours late. Terrible company with garbage customer service and I will never take them again.
According to customer reviews, there were some issues with the ticketing process and pickup point instructions. However, many customers appreciate that the buses left on time and arrived safely at their destinations despite traffic conditions. Some passengers expressed concerns about the driving during certain parts of the journey.

Very good point experience. Was well on time and driver was welcoming and friendly. Drove us well to our destination.
I know trainees have to train at some point but we were on time for the first 2 hours of the 3:45 trip, then the drivers switched to someone in training (who didn’t sound like she thought she was ready for that), and by the time we made it to our destination, we were a full hour late. I gave myself 45 mins of buffer time but didn’t expect to need so much. Not satisfied.
The bus and drivers are great. The only proble is that the arrival was one hour later due to traffic. I understand that it is common, but it is not mentioned that this might happen.
