Bus tickets from Boston, MA to New York, NY

It was fine. However the a/c was very strong and a/c vent behind my neck was broken

The driver drove really fast and got us to the place one hour before estimated arrival, made me carsick and did not let me rest on a night bus

Driver was careless and unfocused. Our ride ended up being an hour and half late

I enjoyed the seat confort, but the driver was very unfriendly..I will ask him questions about the trip as it was my first time to take the bus from Boston to NY and he would barely reply

Greyhound was prompt in leaving on time. The weather was bad with a snow storm affecting roads to the west of Boston, so speed on the early part of the journey was below average. However, I appreciate that due to safety. The Boston South Station bust terminal has NO CONCESSIONS open at the time of this departure (0630hrs) so buy food the night before and or pick up coffee on your way to the station.

The journey was comfortable, began on time and reached on time. Driving was very safe. There could be more leg room between seats. It felt a little cramped.

Quite bad as the bus broke down and there were no alternate bus arranged and we had to take Uber

We left on time which was great. No Wifi and the charging outlets didn’t work. Arrived early which was nice

Bus arrived late due to mechanical issues but they still had us go on that bus and it broke down halfway there. We had to wait for another bus to come and move onto that bus so we were very late

My seat was broken and the bus was so full, I couldn't switch to another seat. Also, the driver tends to take us all the way to 12th Ave, before coming back to 1st Ave to drop us, increasing travel time by 30min (we were late by 30min).

Our bus was in a convenient location with a good departure time. The ride was on time. The individual lights and chargers worked. The driver politely requested that everyone be considerate of others with their phone calls and food. I would definitely use this bus service again.

The driver was very rude. He started to yell when being asked a question before departure. He is saying bad words. He does not know his job and attitude to the passangers.

Bus left on time; air conditioning worked; outlets worked; occupancy of bus was comfortable.

It was great! On time, the outlets worked, the bus was full but didn't feel overcrowded, driver was safe and kind. Only issue was the bathroom was quite gross and no toilet paper - a little tough for a 5hr ride.

After we risk an accident on the highway, once entered in New york we crashed with a car and we had to continue to the final destination with a taxy. The driver told us we were waiting the police but was not able to provide info about how long the wait would have been.

Great bus driver. Was nice it wasn’t over packed. That changed things. If it was I would maybe not enjoy as much. Good price. On time

Very good point experience. Was well on time and driver was welcoming and friendly. Drove us well to our destination.

I know trainees have to train at some point but we were on time for the first 2 hours of the 3:45 trip, then the drivers switched to someone in training (who didn’t sound like she thought she was ready for that), and by the time we made it to our destination, we were a full hour late. I gave myself 45 mins of buffer time but didn’t expect to need so much. Not satisfied.
