User reviews from travelers who booked a trip from New York to Washington
One guy destroyed the ride with his unbarebly awful smell.
It was cold at the bus
The bus was terribly cold. My feet were numb when I arrived. I would suggest not using the ac in 40 degree weather.
It was terrible night trip. Driver didn't allow us to the bus, because there were too many people. Forwarded us to staff inside the terminal and went without us. There was no manager and we simple did not get our trip to Washington.
The space was small for me
