Bus was two hours late
Bus was late upon departure, but we arrived on time. It was overnight. No issues. No problems, minimal interaction with staff.
I am not sure if the problem was Coomotor or BusBud.com, but the reservation was not registered with them and I had to pay AGAIN to make the trip. When I made the reservation, I was required to pay by credit card. Your reservation page said I would receive an email, but that NEVER arrived, so I had no boarding pass to show. I was required to pay 50,000 pesos in cash at the bus terminal for ticket, which seemed to be a standby basis, because I was put on a later bus. I have no intention to pay the credit card charge for you when the service failed and I was subjected to great stress and additional cost. Whatever happened, you need to fight it out with Coomotor, not me. Besides a refund, somebody also owes me an apology.

The seats were comfy and the bus was clean. The only thing was that the bus started blasting Ozuna at 1am when people were trying to sleep. This went on for about an hour before they turned it down.
