Greyhound Kalamazoo Toronto recent customer reviews
First bus was “delayed” 2 hours. I called and asked why and they confirmed it was delayed but didn’t know why. They suddenly tell me “oh wait your bus just arrived,” but I was already headed home to wait for 2 more hours! I rushed there and barely made it on the bus in time. The second bus was an hour late. First bus driver was nice, however the 2 that completed the Detroit to Toronto leg were very rude to many. Overall a very stressful, chaotic, unpleasant experience. I will continue flying places rather than relying on Greyhound, because I really don’t trust that they will get me where I need to go on time and without freaking me out that my bus is late only to tell me at the very last second that it is there and I need to get on bus ASAP. Very unecessary.
not comfortable for a 9hr drive, very late, bus station in Kalamazoo was closed and we had to spend a lot of time waiting in the cold
Seats not comfortable for 8/10hours journey, time taken is very long compared to distance,
