Overall, the bus service was fine, but the last stop indicated on the ticket was not where we were dropped off, where we were told was the final stop. We were dropped off 2 km away from the listed location of 200 Commissioner St which resulted in having to reschedule connecting transportation and having to wait out in the cold in the meantime.
Dirty bus, rude driver, no wifi, didn’t see a bathroom but when found the entire back of the bus stank like a port a potty
The bus is in good condition. The driver is nice. However, in Ottawa it stops at a different place than the destination address on the ticket.
According to customer reviews, Rider Express provides a comfortable and efficient service with experienced crew members. Customers appreciate the adequate space between seats, availability of outlets, and access to bathrooms. However, some customers have mentioned issues such as short breaks during long drives and delays in arrival times without prior notification. It is important to note that negative experiences are not representative of the overall positive reputation of the company.

Bus was fine Location of stops on a holiday with closures is a big issue if your not careful. My stop was the Scarborough Town centre Mall. We were dropped off next to the theatre but when we came to depart two days later we waited at the same spot for 1 hour trying to get back home to Ottawa only to learn through agony that the pickup is on the other side of the mall. I missed the bus with my kids and waited 4 hours for the next one.
Rider Expire buses are so far very on time much make me feel satisfy. The bus drivers generally super nice and have a sense of humour. The drivers gave little details for passages so we have better understand of our location for catching other bus or service. Seats are well maintains and a lots of foot space.
The bus driver was kind and the trip went so smoothly that we arrived 30 minutes early in Ottawa
According to multiple reviews, customers express dissatisfaction with the lack of leg space in the seats. They mention that it is difficult to move even a little bit due to this issue.

It’s fake in terms of amenities like Wi-Fi, power outlet and washrooms. They don’t offer a single thing. Waste of money.
It wasn’t terrible but it definitely wasn’t good in any means There was garbage everywhere The smell on the bus horrible like unbearable and made the experience pretty bad
The bus arrived at the pickup point almost 1 hour late. The floor and bathroom were very dirty and smelled bad. Some riders had to wait for the scheduled stop to use the bathroom.

It was good
The ride was great and on time
There was a very irrate customer on board he shouldve been kicked off. The driver should’ve practiced safety precautions with this loud, racist man.
Customers have expressed satisfaction with the bus service, mentioning that it was comfortable and spacious. They also appreciated the friendly staff and complementary snacks and coffee. However, some customers reported issues such as late arrival due to traffic on the 401 and a malfunctioning toilet. Despite these concerns, overall recommendations for this bus company remain positive.
