The bus ride was fairly smooth. The 10 minute stop at Kingston was a little too short for me to go out and get something to eat.
Reminded us to arrive stop 15 mins early but bus didn't get there early, only 4 mins ahead of departure.
Bus was fine Location of stops on a holiday with closures is a big issue if your not careful. My stop was the Scarborough Town centre Mall. We were dropped off next to the theatre but when we came to depart two days later we waited at the same spot for 1 hour trying to get back home to Ottawa only to learn through agony that the pickup is on the other side of the mall. I missed the bus with my kids and waited 4 hours for the next one.
According to multiple reviews, customers express dissatisfaction with the lack of leg space in the seats. They mention that it is difficult to move even a little bit due to this issue.
