The Bus was Not cleaned Up. And that at the time of covid 19!

People coughing sneezing in times makes of Corona should be disallowed from the service.
Haven't taken a Greyhound in ages because I always preferred Megabus. Have to say that my recent trip has started to thaw my dislike, solely based on the professionalism and courteousness of the driver and boarding personnel. Keep it up!

Very good driver, very competent driver and it showed!
It was fine. Seat was comfortable. Everything was clean. My bag arrived, however there is potential for theft or accidental loss since no tags or secure collection. Wi-Fi would be nice.
Bus is old and sounds big.
On the trip Ottawa to Toronto, my family and I, including kids of 10 & 2 did not get seats together. My 2 year old had to sit on either my husband or I for the whole 5 hour trip, even if he had a fully paying ticket. And we were all on completely different rows. Very disappointing and uncomfortable trip.
The Greyhound staff was polite and respectful. The entire trip was on time and we were kept informed about what was happening during the trip.
Buses are not comfortable for a 6 hour ride
The bus is not very comfortable in terms of ticket price. There should be more facilities/ less Scott on tickets
We departures one hour late
It was a safe and smooth ride but a lot still needs to be done. Seek new ways of improvement
The seat was not comfortable, should have flip out tray for computer, snacking and garbage bag

Bus was 30 minutes late departing for no apparent reason and almost 1 hr late at arrival. The bus was old and did not look reliable.

Bathroom was out of service and stank the entire time, too many people switching seats. People complaining because I was on the phone for 3 minutes, this was a business related call.

All was well. The only suggested change would be in the registration. I am a senior who was travelling with an 18-year old in my charge. As there was no student offering, she was the 'adult'. There was no option to put me as the principle traveler- the senior was assumed secondary. Even now I am receiving emails in her name. Not a big deal but some more sensitive than I could be offended by this.

The seat was stuck in the upward position and did not move. The arm rest was also stuck. My back and neck suffered for 4 hours.
