Greyhound Knoxville Chicago recent customer reviews
the bus was supposed to leave Knoxville at 7:10 pm but left at 10:00 pm. We didn't know when the bus would leave, we got a lot of stress. In addition, there is no bus station building in Knoxville and we were on the street all this time. Since the bus left late, I missed my bus from Nashville to Chicago. and instead of arriving in Chicago at 8:35 am, I arrived at 1:00 pm. I wrote to the support service, I wanted to return the ticket due to the bus being late and fly by plane, but they answered me with automatic messages. the bus was supposed to leave Knoxville at 7:10 pm but left at 10:00 pm. We were waylaid for an incredible 7 hours between Knoxville and Nashville because of an extremely suspect technical issue regarding the brightness of headlights. During this time a customer, understandably dissatisfied with the ride and the information given to them, expressed this to the driver whereupon the driver called the police on the passenger who was escorted off the bus by cops. Following our arrival into Knoxville we were again delayed when, due to understaffing, we were unable to get our redirected tickets in time. The actual ticketing staff at the Nashville terminal is the only reason the employees get 2 stars. He deserves a raise and probably a better job. Finally, after everything was sorted and we made our way into Chicago, our luggage went untransfered in Indianapolis and we had to return to get it the next day. This was a nightmarish ordeal and I will, from here on out, be spending my money on alternative methods of transportation.

It took us to get to home 24hrs instead 12 hrs with additional cost of $230 due to delay and no bus available at connections.
