The tickets weren't clear with the departure, It was unnecessary the tranfer from outside Las Vegas to downton at the bus, I could perfectly go right to the bus downtown without that ticket outside to Union station.
Sucks and client services isn’t effective in dealing with problems... also dangerous acts imposed on passengers
Worst bus ride ever, not worth what i payed.. Better service, comfort and pricing for a longer ride in South America..
