It was a very comfortable ride next just have movies
I love riding the greyhound and the prices are reasonable
The best way to travel! Loved it!
A 5hr ride on the bus didn’t feel like 5hrs and it was very relaxing
The bus was late and a man boarded with blood all over his self and a knife police was called
The bus ride was very uncomfortable. It wasn’t a usual greyhound bus. The bus driver was very nice. She should be recognized because most of the drivers are impatient and rude.
The smile on the bus was so hard to breath smelled like per and poop was an hour delay due to an unexpected call out
Stop with the delays people need to be places at a certain time just likenyou give us a certain time to be there for departure its not okay
I Love your service! Booked like 7 trips with u already
The most incompetent organization I have ever known, it is 1:27AM on June 29th, and I am still in the terminal in Vegas.my schedule bus for 5:15PM on June 28th was delayed for 3 hours plus. Due to transportation issues in San Bernardino, I had to change to 135 AM .And we are still at the terminal.
Unfortunately, the trip from Las Vegas to San Bernardino, was delayed about 10 minutes, due to the fact that the bus driver had to stop somewhere near Baker at about 7 pm to let some guy out because he was smoking marijuana in the restroom.
We purchased tickets, we were on the bus and myself and about 6 other people did not have a seat. And customer service was horrible.
The Greyhound Driver was excellent. And went out of his way to tell us of departures. I really enjoyed our driver. And Greyhound for outstanding work they all performed. I will book soon again.
They didn't let the person I bought the ticket for ride.
The courtesy of the driver was great
I had a hard time departing on the bus because of issues with me not printing my ticket, also the driver said they gave her a messed up bus. Every time we went up hill the bus went 5MPH
