Greyhound Denver Colorado Springs recent customer reviews
Not a review, but fyi... my ticket listed the old greyhound station in Denver. The station moved to Union Station. Got an uber to the bus stop then had to run a mile to make it to union station on time.
This was an awful experience, the tracker was not updated, I called Greyhound three times and they had no information as to when it would arrive. The bus area felt unsafe as it was full of homeless people asking for money.
The bus station was super dirty and nasty. It seems they don’t care about it. It was also very smelly. The bathrooms were garbage, very smelly as well and no care to keep it clean at all. The ride was alright and on time.
Based on 47 reviews, the company was rated 2.9 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the timeliness. Los Limousines ticket prices on this trip start at $24.00
