Both drivers we're very impersonal. Neither spoke and the first driver Hannsel only yelled 10 minutes at both refreshment stops, nothing else. He even left a customer behind at Barstow as they were not back on time, even when told they were not on board.
We got to my destination a little more than 3 hours late. I understand that there would be some delay due to I-15's closure but the route the bus was diverted to was nowhere near the most efficient work around. No A/C was also a massive problem for the 6+ hour bus ride.
The bus was late, so we missed our connection.
Because of this we had to drive all the way to LA to get back to San Diego.
In total we were around 4.5 hours late
This is my second time tacking buses in USA and I appreaciate that Greyhound has a bus station and buses has wifi on board. The trip was as I expected, the driver and people on the bus station were helpful.
The bus just left me in Bakersfield, didnt inform me when he was leaving prior to letting us out to use the bathroom and and shop? I had enough time to just use the restroom and watched my bus just drive away? 4 of us were left behind. Along with him leaving so did my luggage ? I had to catch another bus but his destination was not sandiego it was LA. So got dropped off there and waited for a greyhound that was heading to my destination. I should have arrived by 1100 am but instead I got there at 1130pm. Im very upset and dissapointe!
The bus driver was eating and drinking all the time, she stoped the bus 2 times for take food and she drived very very bad. It was the most bad experience in my life with bus. Never travel again with Greyhound.
Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered 2 beef, one turkey and one ham sandwich and I received 4 turkey. I could not swap and I am allergic to turkey produce so I therefore had no food. Also our bus was delayed for 2 hours with no proper communication
Hadn't taken Greyhound in several years due to untimely trips and today a scheduled 7/ 8 hour trip took 13 hours...at least!! I'm still traveling. Find a better route from Las Vegas to SanDiego...geographically it's only 4 hours it shouldn't be 7 or more hours that's ridiculous!!😡
It was a horrible turn to my city! I am a student, and like any other citizen we have commitments .. our onibos delayed due to traffic and we were harmed to have to wait the next one that was in more than three hours of waiting, due to the delay of the bus sold our seats to other people The bus was there and we did not get on board! unique experience
Driver from Las Vegas to San Bernadino had a serious issue with a stubborn lady who needed the restroom and refused to use the bathroom on the bus. Traffic was already delaying us, but he pulled over to the side of the road to call CHP on her. He went on and on about not being able to stop, yet later on, he stopped in Barstow for a bathroom break, anyway, making it completely pointless as to why he lost his temper with her.
Secondly, the bathroom on the bus from San Bernadino to San Diego was disgusting and made the entire bus smell like a sewer. It was almost impossible to breath in there, and didn't help that the bathroom door would open a couple of times after closing it.
