Both drivers we're very impersonal. Neither spoke and the first driver Hannsel only yelled 10 minutes at both refreshment stops, nothing else. He even left a customer behind at Barstow as they were not back on time, even when told they were not on board.
We got to my destination a little more than 3 hours late. I understand that there would be some delay due to I-15's closure but the route the bus was diverted to was nowhere near the most efficient work around. No A/C was also a massive problem for the 6+ hour bus ride.
Plenty of stops which were no included on the ticket, we also arrived 2 hours and more way later than the expected arrival time.
Based on 30 reviews, the company was rated 3.2 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the cleanliness and the ticket access but often complained with the timeliness. Las Vegas Shuttles ticket prices on this trip start at $98.00
