Driver was excellent. Your facilities were run down with very few options. The buses not very comfortable and we arriveed 2 HOURS LATE
I am disgusted with Greyhound, the seats were ridiculously uncomfortable, where we stopped was at this run down gas station with hardly a selection of food and drinks. When we eneded our trip we realised our bags were not under the bus, we were then treated as if it was our fault that our bags were dropped off at the station before our stop. The customer service was disgusting, we were told we had an hour to collect our bags from the other station otherwise we would have to wait until the next day to collect our personal belongings. Not once did the staff acknowledge responsibly for the company leaving our bags at the last stop instead saying it was our fault. we typed in the final destination and it was on the tags of our bags so in no way was it our fault but we had to uber to the previous station which cost in total around $60. We are
It's been five years since I've written on a Greyhound bus and I was reminded as to why I do not like to travel this way. The cost was really good however it was really unfortunate howlaxe they were on security as I checked into the terminal at a very busy location in downtown Las Vegas Nevada. My ID wasn't checked I could have been anybody getting on the bus and all they cared about was me just having a boarding pass not me actually being the individual taking the trip. That was kind of upsetting to me that's why I've worked in security before. My driver was very friendly and very helpful. The cost of the ticket was a very reasonable rate and the ride was as comfortable as it could possibly be and I really like that there were seat belts on the seats if I so chose to use them. The driver kept up with the schedule and was very accommodating as far as breaks were concerned.
Based on 47 reviews, the company was rated 2.9 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the timeliness. Los Limousines ticket prices on this trip start at $75.00

Great service. The only bus that was going to Phoenix from Las Vegas in 5 hours 😁 Keep up the great service!
Very comfortable ride and faster than any other bus company and for a better price as well.
Excellent service, very clean and comfortable bus. Excellent driver. Only downfall was the sound from the videos that played the whole trip. If they could turn off the sound throughout the bus and people could just plug into the armrests with their head phones, that would’ve made it so much more relaxing.
