The bus came 2hrs late and was already full so we couldn’t go in the bus and no one gave us any other solution. It’s been twice in 2 weeks.

Would ride with Greyhound again. Great last minute decision.

The worst experience ever ! I will never travel with greyhound

The Driver was very rude and inconsiderate of families who are prime passengers on this service. He continued to relay over the speaker announcing to parents to attend to their children when little babies were crying. The bus had an unbearable smell the entire trip.

We left Las Vegas station with a delay of 15 minutes and the staff in the station wasn’t really pleasant when you asked them some questions. Hopefully we arrived on time.

I will never travel by Greyhound again. What should have been a 10 hour trip is going to take 25 hours due entirely to gross mismanagement and flagrant disregard for procedure by Greyhound staff.

Fair enough

Our bus broke down from Las Vegas to LA. We waited 2.5 hours before paying for a taxi to LA to get the 1:45am bus to San Fran. We arrived and then that bus was delayed 2 hours. Worst bus experience of my life. Will never recommend. The staff also didn't have a clue what was going on and not helpful at all.
