Excellent service. My only complaint is that I mistakenly booked two tickets - unrefundable / unexchangeable - the next day, instead of Monday, 06/12/2021. I had to pay again to leave on my original planned date. Why? (The coach was no more than one quarter full).

On crowded roads the bus driver made an arbitrary decision to leave the motorway and take the A303 which proved the wrong decision as it was worse than the M5. He did offer a few minute stop off, but despite the majority wanting a 5min toilet break,a leg stretch and relief for pent up children, he gave in to the forthright wishes of one woman who didn't want to stop. We were 2hrs and 41mins late.

All went well at first: the bus left on time, seat was quite comfortable (although there was no foot rest) & we seemed to be keeping good time.
Then the bus broke fown (accelerator failure) just after leaving services before Wellington. We had to crawl to a garsge off the motorway & wait while mechanics looked at the problem. Luckily they were able to repair the fault & we set off to Exeter. But we arrived just over 1hr late.

I rated a 1 star because I was sexually assaulted by a guy next to me and he wouldn't stop even after I pushed him of.

I paid extra to sit in leg room seats and the bus driver (London - Bristol) didn’t let me, with no explanation. Very annoying as the other seats I know from experience are too small for me as I am tall.
Bristol - Exeter driver was 5*, however.
