I was given the location of loughborough stop at a different point but the bus stopped at a different point and then took a u turn and when I went to the driver he told me that the next stop will be at Nottingham so I had to take a cab back from there. It wasted a lot of time and money and I am very disappointed with the service and will never travel in megabus ever again
