The red line was amazing, efficient, driver was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is having a way to contact someone ‘live’ with a question.

Red Line performed very well. My only problem was the shuttle bus to the Regency Hotel. I was told it came to the Miami airport every half hour. After waiting for an hour and not seeing it I hailed a cab to get to the Regency as I did not want to miss my connection with RedLine to Venice

Very reliable service. Driver sound.

This was my second ride with Florida Red Line. Donovan, the driver was extremely courteous and tried very hard to accommodate passengers. The shuttle was clean and free of any odors associated with vehicles. Emails were sent prior to the trip as reminders and the driver made an attempt to phone me as well. Got to my destination early and without issues. I will definitely use this service again!

Une excellente impression pour un premier voyage avec cette compagnie.

Florida Red Line was an easy way to travel to and from Miami. I plan to use the line again in February for my next cruise and have passed on the information for busbuds to several other fellow travelers!
