We had to wait for more than 2 hours for the transfer bus to leave Orlando while there were buses sitting there at the station; which cause the bus to hit a traffic delay on the highway for more than 3 hours, because of an accident. If we had leave the station around twelve, probably we could have avoid that delayed; which cause meet to reach home around 2 in the morning.
THE driver was very rude to me after he dropped me. Off at the wrong bus station my ticket. Said atl Airport thats where my family was meeting me and my 4 year old daughter. It was a hour before my family found out where i was. And then my bags was taken off the bus and left in the road in the dark i was very upset
The bus left from
Miami late . I on time before 6.10 pm and the bus left one hour and half late. I arrived Orlando 12.30 am and the bus connection was not there. The next connection left 5 hours late . I did not arrive at 8.30 am to Atlanta . I arrived at 4.00 pm . 7 hours late . I had to canceled my return trip and they forced me to pay $20 (?). I called to customer services 4 times and all of them were laughing of my accent .
Very good in general. We had two different busses, one was quite new and very convenient. The older one was also not bad. Only the AC didn’t didn’t distribute the air very well which made it quite cold at some places.
Greyhound was not a bad service for me and neither was it good. I once had to do a transfer and the bus driver was late and I arrived to my last destination later than we should have . When we got off the bus and went to take bathroom breaks someone took our seats the bus was over populated it was ridiculous.
Horrible service. The manager came in to work and started yelling at me while I was sleep waiting for bus. She told me I couldn't sleep in the lobby and that I needed to purchase a box to put my items in. I purchased a box, then I was told I couldn't bring the box. Finally I was given a bagging label for my box. Once I arrived to Atlanta, my box was not there. The baggage claim attendant was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Every time I call she puts me on hold and never comes back to the phone. I have idea of where my box is. I have nothing to wear. No underwear, no soap, no clothes. My court documents are in the box. My jewelry is in the box. Things I need for work are in the box. This is a huge inconvenience. When I call people just keep saying they don't know and wait.
The bus driver was extremely rude. He was yelling at everyone for everything. He turned an already stressful trip into a complete nightmare. He had no respect whatsoever for the passengers. Horrible experience I'm never traveling with Greyhound after this.
